In a land plagued by water scarcity, how should data centers address stewardship?

In July, Gov. Newsom requested households and businesses in California voluntarily cut how much water they use by 15% amid worsening drought. So how should water be both used and conserved - particularly in drought-stricken communities? Is California in danger of running out of water and time and what will this mean for the region’s data centers? And, what about Scope 3?

This panel will use a real-life crisis to track the industry’s level of maturity and explain how new and emerging ideas, designs, and technologies for cooling and powering facilities can help operators address the environmental impact of their whole water usage lifecycle.

What is the operational water footprint of the billion-dollar data center?
