Congratulations to our 2021 category winner: Rack Centre LGS 1, Nigeria

This winning entry describes the doubling of capacity in the largest carrier-neutral data center in West Africa. The planning for the expansion program is forensic in setting out the key objectives (reliability, efficiency, costs) and the means of achieving those. The program took 80 weeks from February 2020 and updated the base configuration from N+2 to 3N2. This achieved major CAPEX savings and a PUE of 1.45 (in tropical climate conditions).
