How will Australian IT infrastructure cope with the huge amounts of data projected to be generated at or close to the edge, and the pressures this will place on core facilities, edge deployments and anywhere in-between. One of the historical responses of enterprise to increased requirements has been to outsource or migrate but as edge builds its own multi-stack ecosystems how will the providers of colocation and infrastructure services respond to multiple sources of demand? What are the fresh opportunities for them? And for their client companies?

This panel will look at what is happening already in Australia and overseas and what can be learned from this so far, as well as debating the answers to the questions above and others arising.
