The evolution of piping - is plastic leading the way in reliable mission critical cooling?

Reliability, time-to-market and energy efficiency are three main drivers for the data center industry. With green and brownfield data center markets under increasing pressure to build quicker and improve energy efficiency, while taking no additional risk, it is all the more important that the most advanced equipment and piping possible are deployed to ensure efficient and available mission critical cooling. How are data center operators using plastic piping systems to meet the demands above?

This presentation will examine the evolution of piping and how engineered plastic pressure piping systems have developed, looking at examples of their application in the data center. Our expert speakers will outline the advantages from commissioning through the operating life cycle of the facility, evaluating their energy efficiency, resistance to corrosion, weight, fabrication and TCO in comparison to alternative materials.
