R&M is a family-owned business based in the town of Wetzikon, near Zurich, that has been making cables for the telecommunications industry for the past 50 years.

Netscale BCM is a continuation of the product line started with the original Netscale system launched in April 2016 – industry’s highest density fiber optic cable management solution at the time, supporting up to 120 ports per one rack unit.

The company has identified modular high-density port switches as “the building blocks for the modern cloud” and its latest product was designed to organize fiber cables in data centers that provide the foundation for cloud computing.

The Netscale BCM routes cables directly from switch ports to the patch panel ports below the switch, above it or on its side. According to the company, clear port representation and simplified access to networking equipment can result in space savings, cost reductions and enhanced efficiency.
