SpaceX’s Starlink service is seemingly suffering an outage.
The outage started around 2pm UK time, with DownDetector reporting numerous problems with the satellite broadband service. A number of posts on the Reddit Starlink community suggest issues with the service in the UK, US, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and elsewhere.
Starlink doesn’t have a network status page and the company hasn’t made any comment about the outage on its social media accounts. Some users are commenting on Twitter with the hashtag #globalstarlinkoutage and #starlinkdown.
The services suffered a global outage in August 2021, with customers unable to connect for around 90 minutes.
Update: After around 90 minutes, many users are seemingly back online after having their Dishy terminals rebooted, although some are still reporting issues.
