Interxion Digital Park | Under construction (France) | Digital Realty's second campus in Paris will be home to four data centers with up to 85MW of power for customers and 40,000 sq m (43,000 sq ft of space). It is on the A86 highway, facing Interxion's existing PAR7 data center on the other side of the road. The first new facility, PAR8, will have a total of 9,600 sq m (102,000 sq ft) and 19 MW of power, and will be built in three phases, starting with 3,200 sq m (34,000 sq ft), which will open in late 2021, according to the release from Digital Realty.

Facebook Singapore Data Center | Under construction (Singapore) | Facebook's first purpose-built data center in Asia, this $1 billion facility will be 11 floors tall and include the company's new StatePoint Liquid Cooling system for a projected annual Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.19. The new multi-story facility will offer 170,000 sq m (1.8m sq ft) of space and use 150MW of power when fully operational, making it the tallest data center in Southeast, and the largest single data center in Singapore. Facebook says it chose Singapore because of its role as a regional hub, with plenty of talent and fiber connectivity available.

Digital Realty HGK11 | Under construction (China) | Digital Realty is building a new data center in Hong Kong, its second in the administrative region. HKG11 will be a 21,000 sq m (210,000 sq ft) building and hold up to a 24MW of IT capacity. The HKG11 facility will be built up to a total of 12 floors, eight of which will be dedicated to customer deployments. It is expected to be online in mid-2021, around the same time as Digital's upcoming Seoul facility in South Korea. Aside from Hong Kong, Digital is also establishing facilities in Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne.

Novva West Jordan Data Center | Under construction (United States of America) | Novva, a new company, has launched with its plan to develop this $1bn hyperscale campus in Utah. The construction is taking place over four phases and will total over 1.5 million sq ft of data center space when finished, should all phases be completed. The first phase, involving a 300,000 sq ft (28,000 sq m) data center, is currently being built. It also includes a 120MW substation and an 80,000 sq ft (7,500 sq m) office building which will be Novva's headquarters. The data center will be available for client deployments in early 2021.

AIMS Data Centre @ Cyberjaya | Under construction (Malaysia) | AIMS Data Centre has begun work on a new data center in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The new facility will serve as its flagship facility in conjunction with its other data center in Kuala Lumpur and is targeted at SMEs who want to improve their IT infrastructure and move Malaysian data back home from abroad. AIMS @ Cyberjaya will offer 240,000 sq ft (22,000 sq m) with a capacity of up to 50MW, and should be online in late 2020.

Naver Cloud Ring | Under construction (South Korea) | South Korean online giant Naver plans to build a 250,000 sq m cloud data center near Sejong City, with designs that refer to a nearby native village heritage site. The architect, Behive, has published plans for the facility which "floats" on the mountainous site and uses the local air circulation, as well as thermal mass and ice storage to minimize air-conditioning. It could be in operation by early 2022, according to earlier announcements.

Equinix AM4 | Completed in 2017 (Netherlands) | Equinix's AM4 Amsterdam IBX Data Centre was completed in summer of 2017 and hosts 12 stories of of servers. Equinix's second data center on the Amsterdam Science Park, AM4 hold 24,000 sq m of server space and is linked to Equinix's AM3 facility by a bridge.

Lefdal Mine Data Center | Completed in 2016 (Norway) | Lefdal Mine has the potential of being Europe's largest data center - with 75 underground halls, that are accessed by underground roads, and the potential to scale to 200MW of IT load, all cooled by the adjacent fjord. The facility is currently at 10MW of installed capacity as of May 2020.

NEXTDC S2 | Completed in 2020 (Australia) | Serving customers in New South Wales, S2 is Sydney's only Uptime Tier IV facility and delivers 30MW of capacity, 8,700 sq m of technical space, and a target PUE of 1.29. S2 directly interconnects to NEXTDC's S1 facility via a Data Centre Interconnect.

CyrusOne Sterling IX | Completed in 2018 (United States of America) | Located in Northern Virginia, Sterling IX is a 65,000 sq meter data center that will ultimately deliver 53,800 sq meters of technical space with an IT load of 90 MW.

Yotta Navi Mumbai NM1| Completed in 2020 (India) | Yotta NMI is located in Panvel, near Mumbai, and is a large multi-story facility spread across 820,000 sq ft (76,180 sqm) and offers 7,200 racks and 50MW power. This is also located in an 18-acre plot of land that will eventually grow to a campus of five data center buildings. In May 2020, Yotta NMI ws awarded the Uptime Institute Tier IV Certification of Design Documents.

beyond.pl Data Center 2 | Completed in 2016 (Poland) | Polish cloud and colocation specialists beyond.pl completed their second data center in 2016. Data Center 2 holds 6,300 sq meters of server space, enough space to host 1000 racks, and 14 MW of power supply.
