Comprehensive understanding of data centre development from site acquisition, enabling, utilities, design, contracting, safety, quality, commissioning and delivery through to operational handover. Responsible for Microsoft’s EMEA construction delivery across leases and builds, dealing with a 200MW rolling dynamic program of work over multiple Geos. Mike was previously Construction Director for Digital Realty, Europe for over 5 years.
