Founder & Chief Executive Officer, RTI CableRuss Matulich is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RTI, a leading independent undersea cable owner providing large-scale network solutions across a wide variety of industries including cloud companies, network operators, regional carriers, global enterprises, content providers and institutions for higher learning. Mr. Matulich brings an impressive resume of leading and advising global telecommunications companies to RTI. Prior to founding RTI, Mr. Matulich was Managing Director, Asia Pacific Region, with TE SubCom (formerly Tyco Telecommunications), where he and his team consistently led the market, facilitating multiple cables across Asia, Australia, and the United States. Those cables—including TPE, UNITY, PPC-1 and SJC—were valued at approximately $2 billion.
