Sandeep Ahuja
Senior Principal Engineer - Datacenter and AI, IntelSandeep Ahuja is a Sr. Principal Engineer in the Datacenter and AI Group of Intel. His area of expertise is platform thermal architecture and cooling technologies for Intel server products. Lately, Sandeep has been evaluating liquid cooling technologies, both immersion and cold plate, for Xeon and GPU family of products. Sandeep has been with Intel for 21 years. Sandeep holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Iowa, Iowa City. Sandeep holds several patents and has a number of conference paper publications.
