Director - Customer Solutions & Strategic Partnerships, Dominion Energy

Stan Blackwell is responsible for the management of large customers throughout the Northern Virginia region. Additionally, he is responsible for all economic development activities in Dominion Energy’s electric service territories in Virginia and North Carolina.
With a focus on customer service and excellence, Stan's team works to ensure that existing and new customers have safe, reliable electric service at competitive rates with innovative energy solutions to meet customers’ changing energy needs.

Stan has been with Dominion Energy for 24 years in a variety of leadership roles including the following: Finance, Accounting, Electrical Design, Renewable Product Development, Contract Management, Key Account Management, and Economic Development. Before joining Dominion Energy, Stan spent 9 years in the computer industry with AT&T and NCR in various financial roles supporting competitive sales organizations.

Stan has a Finance degree, an MBA, and holds a CPA license.
