As Executive Vice President for Altus Group, Inc., Todd oversees the Complex Tax and Advisory practice. Todd has provided oversight to the engagement teams of many of Altus’s largest U.S. multi-state clients, helping to ensure that state and local tax liabilities and potential exposure are expertly managed, while also having successfully negotiated and overseen the negotiation of hundreds and millions of dollars in state and local tax savings, refunds, and economic development incentives for companies ranging in size from small, closely-held corporations to Fortune 100 companies. Todd’s expertise in state and local tax has been utilized by companies in professional services, retail, wholesale and distribution, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, and energy, helping to manage their state and local liabilities and relations with state and local and economic development officials in the communities in which they operate.
