Vimal Kaw is the Head of Product, Datacenter at NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure. With more than two decades of industry experience, Vimal is responsible for effective Data Center capacity management. In this capacity, he is overseeing the technical aspects of collocation business and providing end-to-end support for the entire value chain – from conceptualization and development of collocation products and services, to regular pre-sales customer engagement, solution / service design and customer project delivery.

To ensure that company continues to be competitive and at the forefront, Vimal works closely with the sales, product management, and operations teams. He puts heavy emphasis on constant improvement to ensure maximum quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Vimal also makes sure that he and his team update themselves with industry knowledge to enable further development in product engineering and collocation related products and services.

Vimal’s primary interest is in providing high performance and high availability solutions in Data Centre & Disaster recovery Projects. He proactively engages in pre-sales support, regular customer meetings and presentations, bids, propositions and proposal development and data centre tours. Overall, Vimal ensures that company achieves its revenue and profit targets in the collocation business.
