Director Data Center Solutions Latam, CBRERodrigo joined CBRE in 2005 as LatAm Director within CBRE’s Data Center Solutions. Rodrigo has master in HBS in leadership. In his role, Rodrigo is responsible for leading transaction management services for organizations requiring data center and industrial properties across the whole Brazil and Latin America region.
Rodrigo is a proven and successful leader with a commercial real estate career that spans 16 years. His corporate real estate experience includes leading real estate transactions in international warehouse and data center developments. Rodrigo is expert in industrial leasing, industrial capital markets, data center site selection, global corporate service delivery and portfolio optimization, combined with his senior management experience, provide him with an extensive understanding of data center strategy and transactions paired with a proven track record of successfully executing multimillion dollar transactions for site acquisitions and developments for industrial and data centers.
Rodrigo has developed the DCS LATAM team in the region since 2012. During this period, has acquired more than 15MM sq.f. for DC site selection representing tenants, 85MW and $100MM of gross transaction value.
