He received his BS as Telecommunications Engineer by ESIME Insituto Politécnico Nacional, MEXICO. He start in Ericsson Telecom Mexico as Sales Account Manager for Transport Digital Network and Next Generation Network, starting in new deployment of Local Exchange digitalization and Applications services, CORE and Access (Optical transport and Optical Access).

2004 He joins at Lucent Technology as Key Account Manager for IMS and Access application and Services.

2006 Alcatel-Lucent as responsible for new applications and first PON network evaluation and testing in TELMEX, as well NETWORK Surveillance elements.

2012 He Joins at Oracle as Sales Director for access connectivity integrated solutions IMS and Optical Packet Session Border Controller, LTE, Pre-IMS and IMS Core for MEXICO and CENTRAL AMERICA Regions.

2017 HeJoins SENKO to support all related optical connectivity for passive components and optical solutions based in new evolution of packet services for High Speed and High density in TELECOM, MOBILE and DATA CENTER network infrastructure.
