Spark is the first telco in the world to go “all in” Agile and the Critical Environments  Operations team one of the first 24/7 engineering operations divisions to implement Agile heavy. It was believed  that the team  would not fit the Agile model and had the potential of detrimental effects to the team.  They have driven on to succeed and excelled in developing Team Culture, Operational Excellence and Collaboration.
