Built around 1900, the three-story, 17,045 sq ft (1,585 sqm) building includes a basement and a separate 2,000 sq ft (185 sqm) structure in the rear that was previously used as a data center. Specifications weren't included.

The land parcel spans just over 1 acre, and the sale includes a large parking lot on a separately deeded 1-acre parcel immediately across Second Street.

Slatington is located in Lehigh County, 70 miles north of Pennsylvania.

“This property has had many historical uses with the primary being a retail bank branch and related infrastructure on the ground floor & in the rear building, which also served as a data center,” the listing notes. “The second and third floors have been used for a variety of uses including residential dwelling units and the third floor was the location of a local Masons organization.”
