International wholesale solutions provider BICS will open a Point of Presence (PoP) in Dubai within Equinix’s IBX DX1 data center for its Mosaic services, which cover 3G Telephony, LTE signalling, carrier Ethernet and more.

BICS is expanding the international availability of its MOSAIC solutions to its users and will have access to Equinix’s carrier-dense ecosystem.

Equinix's existing carrier customers will be able to connect their IT infrastructure to BICS services.

BIC’s Mosaic portfolio offer wholesale solutions for communication service providers worldwide.

The portfolio offers flexible and innovative suite of solutions which are custom to customers’ needs for now and in the future.

Services include roaming services, capacity solutions, fraud management and mobile financial services.

The Equinix IBX DX1 facility was opened in Q1 2013 and has 19,332 sq ft of colocation space and houses the United Arab Emirates Internet Exchange.
