A data center with office space is up for sale in Albany, New York.
Carrow Real Estate Services has listed the facility, located at 500 Patroon Creek Boulevard, for $12.6 million
The building, previously occupied by Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, totals 180,000 sq ft (16,700 sqm) on a 10.89 acre lot.
Built in 2001, the three-story offering includes 4,500 sq ft (420 sqm) of data center space, office space, an on-site commercial kitchen, and a fitness center. There are also 1,100 parking spaces on the premises, including four EV charging stations.
The facility also has a diesel generator with an output of 2,500kW.
The listing says the building would be suitable for colocation and build-to-suit projects.
Lumen operates three data centers in the Albany area and leases space at the FirstLight Albany facility. ColoHouse and HostRocket also operate data centers in the region.
