Colliers is listing 25 Holly Drive in Newington, Hartford County as for sale. No listing price is included and described as “negotiable.”
Built in 1985 and sat on 4 acres, the property is a 60,480 sq ft (5,620 sqm) data center. Renovated in 2009 and 2023, the site has reportedly seen $10 million spent on improvements over the years.
The property is 100 percent leased until December 20, 2023, generating $850,000 annually on a NNN lease.
Known as the CSC Building, the site was previously occupied by United Technologies Corporation, which merged with Raytheon in 2020.
In 2022, Raytheon announced a partnership with Microsoft that it said would help the defense company reduce the footprint of its data centers by 60 percent. It has also announced deals with Kyndryl and IBM towards this goal.
