In the Lakewood area of Denver, Colorado, Colliers (via LoopNet) is offering 928 Quail Street as up for sale. The listing price is $3.14 million.

The 1.75-acre site in Jefferson County is home to a 14,960 sq ft (1,390 sqm), single-story facility built in 1974 and renovated in 2014.

It is mostly office space, but includes a raised floor data center with 600KVA generator. The site includes Comcast & CenturyLink fiber connections.

The listing suggests the white space “can stay or go” and the whole site can be easily converted back to warehouse space if desired.

Online business listings show the property was previously occupied by shipping firm BAX Global and then later Schenker after the former was acquired.

Images in the listing describe the site as Schenker’s Denver Data Center. In 2015 building design firm Ware Malcomb renovated the site in order to “transform the space to enhance the employee experience and improve recruitment and retention.”
