The company this week inaugurated its second data center in Malaga, integrated with the previous one.

Specifications and the location of the new facility weren't shared.

“With the opening of this new center in Malaga, together with the future data center in Granada and our structure in Seville, we are taking a significant step towards consolidating ourselves as leaders in the data center sector in Andalusia,” said the company.

Founded in 2012, DataRush offers colocation and hosting services, as well as email, VoIP, and networking solutions.

DataRush’s existing data center has been in operation for more than 10 years. Data Center Map suggests the original retrofitted facility spans 300 sqm (3,230 sq ft).

The company also plans to launch a data center in Granada this year and open one in Madrid in the future. It said it aims to be the largest data center company in Andalusia.
