Tri Commerical is offering the two-story building in Rancho Cordova for lease or sale. Listing prices weren’t included.
Sat on a 4.33-acre plot at 11155 International Drive, the building spans 58,500 sqm (630,000 sq ft).
Built in 1999, the currently-vacant building has an IT capacity of 1MW, expandable to 3MW. The listing added the site offers a potential capacity of 20-30MW – though this would require a Design & Planning Review on a 2-3 year lead time and substation.
The offering includes a separate outside secure pad for the data center’s backup power and cooling towers, as well as a separate telco room on the first floor.
The data center space also has access to on-site power generation, including solar, hydrogen, natural gas, small modular reactors, and an additional UPS.
The site was formerly home to Delta Dental Services.
