Built in 1977 and set on 2.3 acres, the three-story building totals 36,120 sq ft (3,455 sqm). Further specifications of the data center have not been shared - but previous listings suggest it offers 600kW.

The property is leased to Foundever, a privately owned customer experience technology company previously known as Sitel and Sykes.

The 15-year lease commenced in 2020 and has two five-year renewal options. The property generates $486,660 in rent annually. The company has reportedly occupied the building since 1998.

Foundever started as a subsidiary of United Technologies called HQ800 before being bought by then-President James Lynch in 1985 and launched as Sitel. It became the first telemarketing organization to go public in 1995.

Sitel acquired public customer service company Sykes Enterprises for $2.2 billion in June 2021 and last year rebranded to Foundever.
