An Oracle-occupied data center in Oregon has been sold to a new landlord.

Real estate firms Five 9s Digital and Romans Properties this week announced they had advised an unnamed institutional client on the acquisition of a 91,000 sq ft (8,454 sqm) single-tenant data center located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The data center sold for $31.75 million.

Oracle is the only tenant in the facility, and reportedly recently extended its lease for a further ten years.

The accompanying image matches a known Oracle facility at 3380 NE 79th Avenue. Further details on the facility are scarce.

The seller was not named but a Kidder Mathews market report from Q3 2023 listed the site’s landlord as investment management firm Washington Capital Management.

Update: CoStar reports Landmark Divide acquired the site from Washington Capital Management. The data center is now shown on Landmark's website.

Oracle operates a second adjacent facility at 3295 NE 83rd Avenue. The company doesn’t operate any cloud regions out of Oregon.
