Stack Infrastructure has secured more than $200 million in green financing.

The IPI-owned company this week announced the issuance of $240 million in green securitized notes.

The company didn’t say what the funds were secured against, how the proceeds would be used, or the ESG targets associated with the loan.

The financing represents the company's fourth securitization program funding event within the past 12 months and the eighth since 2019. Stack has cumulatively raised $2.83 billion in notes.

“Stack continues to demonstrate its appeal as a highly sought-after partner, leveraging investor confidence to secure capital in an evolving interest rate environment,” said Heather Paduck, CFO, Stack Americas.

“This successful transaction further bolsters our standing as an industry leader with a consistently proven growth strategy and emphasizes our unwavering commitment to solving our clients’ capacity needs.”

2023 saw Stack issue $290 million in securitized notes in November, $250m in August, and $250m in March.
