New data center operator TECfusions has announced the completion of its third data hall at its Clarksville facility in Virginia.
TECfusions acquired the site with 500kW of IT capacity already live. The firm then began its own construction in October last year, taking the facility’s capacity to 6MW by the end of December.
Capacity grew to 24MW by June this year.
The third data hall - dubbed C-Hall - contributes 10.5MW to the facility’s overall total capacity.

"By leveraging adaptive reuse and deploying over 200 skilled workers around the clock, we've transformed a dormant industrial facility into a cutting-edge data center at unprecedented speed."
TECfusions added it has plans for on-site microgrid power generation, alongside utility power, to bring the full site capacity to 220MW.
Construction for a fourth data hall (D-Hall) is set to begin this month, adding another 13.5MW to the facility by the end of the year.
Founded in 2023 and led by former QTS CTO Simon Tusha, TECfusions specializes in designing, building, and managing data centers for AI and HPC workloads.
The company also has a site in Tucson, Arizona.
