Two data centers in the eastern US occupied by an IT services firm have been sold for more than $10 million.

Five 9s Digital this week said it advised on the disposition of a two-building single-tenant data center portfolio located in Rochester, New York, and Lenoir, North Carolina.

The two-facility portfolio sold for $10.3 million to an unnamed “institutional investor of data center real estate assets.”

Both facilities are occupied by IT services firm Centrilogic. The 22,000 sq ft (2,000 sqm) Rochester site at 28 Mansfield Street is a 2MW single-story facility, while the Lenoir data center at 801 Main Street NW offers 23,500 sq ft (2,180 sqm) of space and a 1MW backup generator.

The Lenoir facility – a former sportswear manufacturing plant and located in Caldwell County – opened in 2010, with Centrilogic taking it over in 2013 after acquiring Dacentec.

Centrilogic operates US data centers in Buffalo, New York; the US Virgin Islands; Canadian facilities in Mississauga and Toronto, Ontario, and Vancouver, British Columbia. It also has a data center in Bracknell, UK.
