Two data centers and three other mission-critical facilities are up for sale in the US.

Newmark is offering what it is calling a Multi-City Mission Critical Absolute NNN Portfolio for sale.

The portfolio comprises five facilities across Texas, Kansas, Arizona, and Georgia totaling 1.075 million square feet (99,870 sqm).

The company said properties are being made available collectively as a portfolio or on an individual basis – listing prices weren’t shared.

The facilities include 1402 E Lookout Drive in Richardson; 24400 W Valley Pakrway in Olathe, Kansas; 8225 Bent Branch Drive in Irving, Texas; 3000 Marconi Drive in Alpharetta, Georgia; and 424 S 56th Street in Phoenix in Arizona.

The Richardson and Olathe sites are both 100 percent leased to insurance firm State Farm until August and November 2031, with three and five-year renewal options respectively. Newmark said the tenant utilizes these two properties as mission-critical data centers.

Built by developer KDC for State Farm in 2015, the Richardson site totals 129,170 sq ft (12,000 sqm) on 15 acres. It offers 4.5MW, expandable to 13.5MW.

The Olathe facility totals 192,550 sq ft (17,890 sqm) on 20 acres. It offers 7.5MW, also expandable to 13.5MW, and was built in 2016 for the insurance firm,

The support centers in Irving and Alpharetta are leased to an insurance company in the US through May 2030, with two, five-year renewal options, using them for printing operations. The Phoenix site is leased to Sonora Quest Laboratories, which utilizes the property for lab/life science/diagnostic testing operations.
