As Legence's Chief Growth Officer, Arif Quraishi focuses on leveraging ESG advisory, design, and implementation services to help a wide range of customers reduce their building carbon footprint and improve Indoor Air Quality. Arif has over 30 years of experience in overseeing building design, construction, and renovations that focus on energy efficiency, clean energy, and indoor environmental quality. He and his team have implemented over $5 Billion worth of projects over the last 5 years in the built environment. His past experience with the Institute for Environmental Assessment (CEO), Johnson Controls (North America VP of Energy Solutions), and Philips Lighting (North America VP) has provided him with a unique perspective on scaling and expediting programs to significantly improve Building Efficiency. Arif has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN.
