Dan Hanson

Dan Hanson is the director of AI networking and switch product management at Supermicro Computer Inc. He leads the product management function in the AI network fabrics area, which defines the technical architecture, features, and definitions of AI network segments supporting all leading industry offers in the AI/ML space. Mr. Hanson is the author of numerous papers relating to the orchestration, management, networking, compute, and storage aspects of data centers. Mr. Hanson spent over 13 years as a customer, designing various network, security, storage, and compute data center efforts at multiple companies. Mr. Hanson has over 35 years in the IT industry.

Mr. Hanson holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University, and an MS in Electronics Engineering from Purdue University.
