Steve Conn

Steve Conn joined Therma, a Legence company, in 2020 and has over 23 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Preconstruction and Design-Build Mechanical Construction. Steve attended San Jose State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and Hawaii. Steve has worked in the Northern California construction market as a solutions-oriented design-builder for his entire career and is an active member of the local chapter of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), actively involved in Bay Area SMACNA, and holds a NEBB Certified Professional accreditation in air and hydronic Testing Adjusting and Balancing (TAB).

Steve has been involved in the design and evaluation of HVAC and plumbing systems for data centers, cleanrooms, life-science/biopharmaceutical, technology, commercial office spaces, healthcare, and hospitality. His specialties include large-scale design-build HVAC, central plant construction, building retrofits, class-a warm-shell high-rise, and complex projects in existing buildings.
