Tom is a hands-on technology executive with over 30 years of engineering leadership in architectural definition, execution, and launch success. He is results oriented with a strong track record incorporating many first to market IP elements.  Tom is currently the VP of Hardware Solutions at Supermicro, incubating new technologies and offerings.  Prior, Tom was the VP of Platform Engineering at Google where he led the architecture, design, and validation of IT hardware in Google’s data centers.  Prior to that, Tom held multiple roles in Dell’s Enterprise Engineering group, spanning PowerEdge, Cloud and CTO organizations.
