Martin as founder of LATAM Entry, LLC has accumulated over 30 years of experience in real estate development, fiber communications, electrical energy grid, data center design/construction/operations and government relation projects in the USA, Europe and Latin America.

LATAM Entry is experienced and focused in helping businesses establish their presence in Latin America by providing global and domestic real estate site selection to corporate clients with “near or offshoring" interest in the LATAM region.

Objectives include aligning real estate decisions with overall business strategy, identifying locations that increase profit potential by minimizing one-time costs and ongoing operating expenses, optimizing, procuring and maintaining incentives for new capital projects, and mitigating telecommunications/energy risks at chosen business locations.
