Is a zero-water approach still optimal for the removal of heat?
There has been an ongoing debate between the advocates of traditional air cooled data centers versus those championing the inclusion of liquid and water-based solutions with a clear split between engineers left to manage both types.
However, it can be nigh-on impossible to justify investment in the varied liquid cooled options on offer when facilities are complex and need to meet tier classifications.
For owner-operators keen to grow their mission-critical footprint and achieve a worldwide PUE of 1.2 and below without the need for outside air - there is only one viable option for non-mechanical cooling. The presenter will present an introduction to Excool’s indirect adiabatic cooling system – how it works, why choose indirect and how it can benefit potential clients.
