As of December 2022, Intel’s data centers consist of over 380,000 servers (which includes over 4.6 million Intel® Xeon® processors with high clock cores), over 871 petabytes of storage, and more than 725,000 network ports within its 105-Megawatt data center capacity.

The closing keynote will outline the complexity of building, maintaining, and ‘greening’ computing infrastructure which has grown more than 13,000% over the past 20 years. Green computing initiative has delivered substantial economic value with focus on CapEx and OpEx reduction while significantly contributing towards reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Green is not just running the data centers at the most efficient PUE levels, but “Green” also means that the e-waste can be reduced significantly.
