Military Community Workforce Session: Data centers need talent
The data center industry is still facing a huge talent shortage and bringing in the right people to design, build and operate digital infrastructure is absolutely critical. To help address this huge challenge, DCD and DCD>Academy are partnering with Salute Mission Critical and the Infrastructure Masons on this dedicated workforce initiative session designed to support the military community with long-term career opportunities and bridge the talent gap in the digital infrastructure industry.
The session will kick off with an industry overview, followed by a panel discussion where experts will share their own experiences, expertise and guidance on transitioning out of the military and into digital infrastructure. Insights will be provided into the skills required for a career in the data center industry and the parallels with the veteran skills base, outlining how veterans can step into the future with a job in digital infrastructure.
Following this panel will be an interactive Q&A with the speakers, and then the opportunity to visit the Show Floor for a Happy Hour networking session and to learn more about the industry and the exciting opportunities available in the data center field.
Are you a guard, reserve, transitioning out of the military or a military spouse looking for a career? Join this unique session to discover the dynamic world of the digital infrastructure industry and explore the myriad of rewarding career opportunities it offers.
