The facility spans 71,541 sq ft (6,646 sqm) and is currently used by a software engineering company as office space and a data center, featuring Liebert units and a raised floor. It is also equipped with a generator, UPS system, on-site fitness center, and kitchen, and has 4,000 sq ft of storage space.

The plot of land spans 6.86 acres.
