Located in Sector 143 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the facility will span over 25 acres.

Around 1.2 million sq ft (111,500 sqm) of housing, IT blocks, and data center space has been built at the park so far. At full build out, this could reach 4 million sq ft (371,612 sqm).

So far, the company has pre-commitments for two buildings already constructed at the site - an IT block, and a data center with around 400,000 sq ft (37,161 sqm) of IT space.

The client for the data center - who is unnamed though based on previous reports is possibly STT GDC - has also committed to a further 370,000 sq ft (34,374 sqm) of data center space at the campus which is now under construction.

Karun Varma, senior executive director, north offices business, DLF, said: “We have recently received inquiries for more IT space in the area, and that encourages us to plan for the next phase there. Out of the 1.15 million square feet that have already been constructed (as part of the first phase), one million square feet have already been committed by clients."

The next phase of development will see another 2 million sq ft developed.

DLF is a real estate investment, development, and management company based in India. In total, the company has developed around 31.25 million sqm (336m sq ft) of real estate.

Noida is home to several data center operators including Adani & EdgeConnex's JV AdaniConneX, Yotta, and STT GDC, with Sify Technologies and CapitaLand also planning new facilities in the region.
