Matthew Thompson
Managing Director, AirsysMatthew has over 25 years experience in the Cooling industry, with his expertise primarily focused on the Telecoms and Data Centre industries. Beginning as an Apprentice working within the HVAC industry, Matthew then put himself through university, earning a First Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering. Once graduated, Matthew worked for a Cooling Manufacturer as a Design engineer for a number of years developing his knowledge and skillset, before transitioning into Project Management and then Sales for successful Data Centre cooling manufacturers.
Since joining Airsys in 2018, Matthew has been appointed to Operations Director and most recently managing Director in 2019. With a wealth of knowledge in the Telecoms and Data Centre Cooling sectors, combined with his experience and understanding at every level of a business, Matthew is perfectly positioned to lead Airsys Europe into the next era.
