Imran Latif is an engineering executive based out of New York. He is serving as the Chief Operations Officer at a US Dept of Energy Office of Science at Brookhaven National Lab where he leads the Infrastructure Operations of High- Performance Computing Centers supporting the Global cutting-edge research collaborations on Physics, Life Sciences, Quantum and Computational Sciences, and AI. Mr. Imran has over 20 years of leadership experience delivering large scale engineering, construction and sustainability projects with great success for top companies including IBM, Microsoft, Google, Wall Street District and many others.

Mr. Imran is also a keynote speaker and have delivered experts talks at various tech and entrepreneur conferences worldwide, including DCD, BICSI, Super Computing, HEPIX and CHEP . He completed his masters in engineering from The City University of New York. He holds professional engineering licensees in the states of New York of Texas along with several professional certifications including CEM, PMP, DCEP, CDCDP and LEED.

He is also a mentor for the US Federal Government funded internship programs where he works with students from Ivy league universities on leading edge scientific research projects; also, he serves as scientific judge at country wide science bowls in US.

Mr. Imran is presently spearheading global research initiatives with leading academia and big tech companies on the data center energy conservation. The research work is focused on solving the real-life energy issues in the mission critical facilities and developing the AI based technologies to automate the sustainability processes.

He is the fouder and CEO of New York based engineering design and consulting firm providing professional services to fortune 500 clients within retail, healthcare, telecom, energy and industrial sectors.
