Projects include high-rise residential and office buildings, corporate headquarters fit-outs, and the upgrade and/or construction of major data center facilities.
Marc's hands-on technical knowledge and financial discipline bridge the gap between ownership/real estate and design/construction teams. Being able to conceptualize and execute projects from start to finish has greatly contributed to Marc's successful projects.
Marc takes an active role in all projects he is involved in, from setting the initial design criteria, performing detailed financial modeling, preliminary design and budgeting, capital expenditure requests, design development, construction management, start-up, and commissioning. This end-to-end approach minimizes risk and ensures expectations are met during all project phases.
