Natalya Yezhkova is Research Vice President within IDC's worldwide infrastructure research organization and global research lead for the enterprise and emerging workloads practice. In this role, Natalya leads a team of analysts that deliver qualitative and quantitative insights on enterprise and emerging workloads. IDC defines workloads as applications and their associated datasets. This research is viewed from the lens of compute, storage and networking infrastructure and is delivered in a syndicated fashion via research and data subscription services (Trackers), custom engagements and multiclient studies. On the enterprise workloads side, Natalya and her team track workload profiles, impact on carbon footprint and emissions, sustainability, deployment trends, migration patterns, influence of and on compute and storage technologies, platforms and systems. Natalya's coverage also includes forecasting of IT infrastructure markets, custom data modeling and infrastructure buyer research. As a key member of infrastructure research organization, she supports several research programs including storage systems, dedicated cloud infrastructure and services, internet of things and intelligent edge infrastructure, and the curation of IDC’s data products under the Enterprise Infrastructure Tracker umbrella. Natalya also manages primary research projects focused on end user purchasing plans for infrastructure products and adoption of technologies shaping the infrastructure market.
