As the Chief Operating Officer and an Executive Board Director of FDM Group, she has over 27 years of experience in both the public and private IT sectors internationally.
Sheila spearheads FDM’s Global Women in Tech campaign and its Getting Back to Business program, aimed at providing opportunities for returners to work. She sits on the main Board of techUK and the Women in Tech Council and is frequently called to advise government committees on various issues, especially around the digital skills gap.
