Dr. Devdatta Kulkarni
Principal Thermal Architect / Lead Liquid Cooling Technologist, Intel CorpDr. Devdatta (Dev) Kulkarni received his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from University of Alaska Fairbanks with major focus on heat transfer. Dev joined Intel in 2014 as an expert to drive liquid cooling efforts in Data Center & AI group. Since joining Intel, Dev worked as thermal architect on several Xeon Phi, GPUs and accelerator products. His major expertise is to develop the cold plate based liquid cooling ecosystem to realize performance improvements for Intel products and help customers to meet their sustainability and efficiency goals. So far, Dev has been granted 13 patents and 19 applications are pending. He also published more than 40 external publications with more than 3000 citations.
