Fraser as of October 2020 pivoted to set up his new business, Bentley Valuations & Advisory. Having recently reached the milestone of 25 years in the industry, Fraser has realised a long-held ambition and it will enable him to expand his traditional services of valuations and advisory to capitalise on the high growth of the Data Centre Sector including in transactions management. During his career, Fraser has held senior roles at organisations such as JLL. Most recently, Fraser was a Director at Urbis for over 4 years from mid-2016 until October 2020 before establishing his own business and transitioning to a new role at Urbis as Lead Consultant of their Real Estate Advisory (REA) business as an Independent Contractor. Fraser is maintaining his close relationship with Urbis and importantly this is a "partnership approach".
