Head of Global Partnerships & Business Development Director - Thermal Management Fluids, bp Castrol

Miguel Navarro is the Head of Global Partnerships and Business Development Director, bp and member of the Castrol Leadership Team.

Miguel is responsible for forging strategic partnerships for Castrol with key participants in the data center value chain; and building differentiated liquid cooling offers for strategic customers in emerging thermal management sectors. Miguel and the Data Center team provide customer technology support to strategic accounts, technology deployment and quality assurance across Castrol’s markets.

During more than 30-year career with bp, Miguel has held a series of leadership roles in Sales, Marketing and Operations for gas & power, fuels and lubricants. Miguel has also served as Strategic Partnerships Director for large international corporations within Castrol’s customer portfolio.
