In addition to advising on the recent $4bn sale Reliance Jio towers to Brookfield, they have recently been engaged in sell side advisory for Vodafone-Idea fiber, buy side due diligence for Vodafone-Idea data centers, a regional fiberco in India, STP towers in Indonesia and 5G investment planning for operators in Singapore, US and the Philippines. They are currently advising a global data center provider on deal structuring and valuation of their data center assets in India and have conducted workload level market forecasts and pricing analysis for major institutional and strategic investors for India in the past year.
