He also served as program manager for energy efficiency upgrades of state facilities and energy savings performance contracting programs for the state of Ohio. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM®), and holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Ohio State University, and the Masters of Business Administration from Harding University
