Panel: Soaring demand, component delays and labor shortages - is data center procurement broken?

We ask a panel of operators how the pandemic has impacted data center planning? Will operators turn to developers to take advantage of their superior ‘bulk buying’ power? In the face of component delays, will the idea of circularity gain ground? And, what about onshoring?
